Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the luckbd7 platform at luckbd7.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use any part of the luckbd7 platform, whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the luckbd7 platform and, if you have a registered account, contact luckbd7 support at [email protected] to request account closure.

luckbd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, luckbd7 will notify registered account holders by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the luckbd7 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

luckbd7 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any gaming content, or place any bet or wager on the luckbd7 platform. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must also meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use luckbd7:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a previous account holder whose account was closed or suspended by luckbd7 for any reason.
• You have not self-excluded from luckbd7 or requested a cooling-off period that has not yet expired.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of luckbd7, unless prior written approval has been obtained from luckbd7 management.

luckbd7 conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. luckbd7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on luckbd7. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared with another person — is strictly prohibited. If luckbd7 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, luckbd7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

When registering a luckbd7 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your registration details up to date and to notify luckbd7 support promptly if any of your details change. luckbd7 is not liable for any losses or delays caused by inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckbd7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your luckbd7 account will be treated as having been conducted by you, unless you have previously notified luckbd7 of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your luckbd7 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact luckbd7 support immediately at [email protected]. luckbd7 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

luckbd7 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all account pages and transaction flows. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended for all luckbd7 account holders. Enabling two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security beyond your password and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on luckbd7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). luckbd7 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your luckbd7 account.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your luckbd7 BDT wallet within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. luckbd7 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the luckbd7 finance team on a continuous basis, including during Bangladeshi public holidays such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your luckbd7 account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.
• luckbd7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.
• Attempted withdrawals to an unverified or mismatched payment account may be declined and returned to your luckbd7 wallet balance.

luckbd7 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account provider for their applicable fee schedule.

Bonuses and Promotions

luckbd7 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Standard conditions that apply to all luckbd7 bonus offers unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in a luckbd7 account at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between luckbd7 accounts.
• Game contributions: Not all games on luckbd7 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino, sports, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.

luckbd7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If luckbd7 determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, luckbd7 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

luckbd7 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games available on luckbd7 are sourced from internationally certified providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. luckbd7 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckbd7 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating or operating more than one luckbd7 account, or allowing another person to use your luckbd7 account.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with luckbd7 games or betting markets in a way not permitted by luckbd7.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes on luckbd7 sports or cricket markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using luckbd7 for money laundering, structuring, or any other financially prohibited purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during account registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider to recover funds that were legitimately spent on luckbd7.

luckbd7 monitors account and transaction activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, luckbd7 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, withholding of funds pending investigation, and permanent account closure. Serious cases of fraud or financial crime may be referred to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Suspension and Closure

luckbd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Account inactivity — an account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. luckbd7 will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormant account action is taken.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal obligation or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

If your luckbd7 account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions (for example, at your own request or due to inactivity), any verified remaining BDT balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding identity checks.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — luckbd7 reserves the right to withhold some or all of your remaining balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to recover any losses suffered by luckbd7 as a result of the breach.

You may close your luckbd7 account at any time by contacting luckbd7 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied across luckbd7 products simultaneously.

Limitation of Liability

luckbd7 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While luckbd7 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability, luckbd7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond luckbd7's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckbd7's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckbd7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckbd7 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Delays or errors caused by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank, Visa, Mastercard).
• Interruptions to game availability caused by a third-party game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or others).
• Bets placed or accepted in error due to a technical malfunction of the luckbd7 platform, provided luckbd7 voids the relevant bets and returns the staked amount.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits luckbd7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the support process may be escalated in writing to the luckbd7 management team.
